Another post will follow, probably they are DHFCS from St.Eval (UK) running the GA-205 multiplexer in FSK mode. Indeed, S-4285 1200/L have been listened on the same fqys with similar bitstream (1536 bit)

Unid FSK 800Bd/850Hz transmissions which can be heard on 8014, 8180, 10008, 12414 kHz (evening UTC). The signal has a 1280 ms ACF which corresponds to a complex and very interesting period of 1024 bits. The 850 Hz shift most likely belongs to NATO networks.
