As 🛰️ArcticSat-1 is currently xmitting at 19200 bd, I thought it might be possible to trick the 9k6 GMSK USP SoundModem into demodulating these 19k2 packets, by adjusting the ppm value in the RX Corr field. Since 9k6 is half of 19k2, the required ppm value is -500000. It worked!
